A stroke of Wonder

In 1979 the feted Stevie Wonder released a self-composed, self-produced stroke of genius called "The secret life of plants". Originally not well-received by fans, this extraordinary album - film music composed apparently for a kind of documentary of the same name - has stayed with me - a fan - in the back of my mind, until at long last I purchased it in cd format a few weeks back. It's a magnificent musical multifaceted delight with as many musical 'colours' as there are genres almost. This was mr. Wonder at the zenith of his musical creativity. Give yourself a treat.
